Daily World Draft still gives every player the same fixed rounds and no respins. The weekly challenge asks for an extra strategy layer after those normal rules are applied.
A doctrine should not force a weak appointment. Use the cabinet role guide and the scoring guide before chasing the optional objective.
Start with role fit, protect your authority appointments, and use the rotating objective as a final tie-breaker when two candidates are close.
