The simulation starts at a baseline and calculates candidate role fit, combo tier bonuses, international alliance diversity, authority balance, and battlefield variance to output a final conquest score between 0 and 195.

Prioritise President when a stronger Military Commander is available for General and a Billionaire is available for Treasurer.

Rule 2

Use a Politician as General when the pool offers no Military Commander or Dictator, but do not spend one there if the President seat still lacks authority.

Treat country diversity as a late tiebreaker: the category has enough role coverage that it can help complete an international coalition without wrecking core fit.
