A five-round strategy puzzle

Each round presents a country, a category, and a six-person candidate pool. Select one candidate and assign them to President, Vice President, General, Propaganda Minister, or Treasurer. Strong role matches earn more campaign strength; risky appointments create penalties.

How to improve a conquest score

Protect specialist seats

General and Treasurer reward strong specialists and punish poor fits. Do not spend a strong military or finance candidate too early on the flexible Vice President seat.

Keep authority in the cabinet

A cabinet needs at least one political, dictator, or military authority pick to avoid a major campaign penalty.

Build an international coalition

Representing multiple countries creates an alliance bonus, so a balanced cabinet can outperform five familiar names from the same place.
